Attendance Limited to 20 guests with payment by 15 May 2024

Starter

Maryland Crab Soup with sweet claw crab meat garden vegetables in traditionally seasoned tomato broth

Entree choices

Grilled 6oz Filet Mignon with cherry Cabernet sauce

Pan Seared Rockfish with crispy leeks and old bay Glaze

Old Bay Seasoned Chicken Chesapeake with Maryland crab

Shrimp and Grits- Roma chorizo sausage, tomatoes and white wine creole sauce served over creamy cheddar grits

Sides

Parmesan & Herb Risotto

Charred Broccolini

Dessert-

Grand Marnier Creme Brulee garnished with whipped cream& fresh strawberries

Caramel Crunch Ice Cream sprinkled with homemade toffee bits

 

The meal will be Saturday May 25th within walking distance of the Balticon hotel.
