 24 types of Libertarian
There's a mention of Heinlein in Lew Rockwell's blog.

Absolutely deadly. Too bad they couldn't make it funny.

Heh. Though I agree -- I'd have liked it better if it was humorous. Still... I've always thought of myself a libertarian. After holding to a postion that's been mostly ignored for these many many years, a little ridicule now feels pretty good.

 Re: 24 types of Libertarian
I think there are more types... - Too Smart to Win: We're too brilliant for people to think we're worth voting for.
- Ostrich: All roads should have tolls. People should drive on whichever side their common sense dictates.
- Paranoid: We're becoming a Communist Nation and will soon be interned in gulags! The only solution is to abolish all taxes and fire all public workers!
- Mensa member: All decisions can be made by a consensus of the populace voting electronically using the single transferrable vote system with logarithmically increasing bins on each cycle of...
- Fundamentalist: This is the political system that the laws of nature dictate. Even ants use it.
Although I note that California seems pretty close to the "fire all public workers" one at the moment...

I think he thinks it's funny. In that he is sadly mistaken.

 Re: 24 types of Libertarian
I think it's funny. I've seen real life examples for most of the types pictured.

<delurk> (Back -- $DAYJOB calmed down, new computer finally configured and working.) I certainly recognized a few of them.

 Re: 24 types of Libertarian
When the most popular form of libertarianism gets this kind of press, you start to wonder about the whole concept. It does at least have some kind words for Ron Paul.
