Post Shuttle in slo-mo
Mental Floss has a blurb on a wonderful 45 minute narrated video montage of three Shuttle launches in slow motion, explaining what's happening every step of the way. They also link to another clip of extra scenes. Good stuff.

Awesome, thank you. This is something I thought they should have made as a PR piece 20 years ago.

Actually the field is still open for what I had in mind: A slow-motion movie of shuttle launch from about T-30 seconds to SRB separation, with a rock music soundtrack and CSI-type swoops into virtual views of the innards at strategic moments and a caption area telling us what's going on, with CGI augmentation to visualize things like fuel flow, computer commands, etc.

*That* would be incredibly cool! And I think the soundtrack should be done by Max Q. Paging James Cameron!
