Finished the book, today, finally--I decided to hold off until I had completed some other books in the queue and really savor it...and it is terrific, even better than I expected, and in some ways I like it even more than v.1. Bill came through with the more extensive commentary on ST, SIASL and TMIAHM that he had talked about, and I found those parts particularly interesting.

Appendix 2 is particularly intriguing.

I hope that Robert and Ginny were waiting for Bill at the end of "the tunnel" when he passed a few months ago. What a marvelous work he has left behind, so much more of a signal to the future than most of us (if we don't have children).

I expect to write something more in depth soon.
