The BBC doesn't seem to ignore so much. The devotion of American news shows to *fluff* and *blood* and *Britney Spears* has crowded out the rest of the world -- to say nothing of actual, you know, *news* . . .

They are pretty heavy on Afghanistan, but unfortunately that is because it IS news.....
