Post Project Moonbase and Others
Subterranean Press is now shipping Project Moonbase and Others, a collection of Heinlein scripts and teleplays that they're calling virtually the last unpublished material from Heinlein. They're selling signed (by whom?) and numbered hardback editions for $75:

Amazon is accepting pre-orders for the unsigned version for $48:

I presume they're signed by Scalzi and Eggleton, but that version is sold out.

I'm as much of a Heinlein completist as anyone, but I don't have much interest in this one.

As I understand it, the ultra-limited leatherbound edition is sold out, but the hardcover is still available @ $75.
Which imho makes the Scalzi signature a tad expensive, when you can just meet him at a convention...

Judging by the cometary wake left by other major authors with long careers, additional Heinlein material -- letters, at the very least -- may be coming to light for the next fifty or one hundred years.

Somewhere in the archives (heaps and cubbyholes) around here, I've a postcard or two from Heinlein. Someday I'll get around to searching for them --

I wouldn't count on much. Bill Patterson and others can confirm that pretty much everything of significance has been brought to print, some last chunks in volumes of the benighted Virginia Edition. All that's left is general correspondence, which is now sealed for a very long time, and some longish story treatments like the one Spider finished. Really, we're down to laundry lists and routine fan correspondence. You may look me up and color me Deeply Surprised (I think you'll find it between Burnt Umber and Cherry Soda in the big Crayola pack) should anything further of note turn up, ever.
