I've been on a bit of a hiatus--since I have a new job at the Legislature that takes about 12 hours a day I haven't been too active. Luckily in my state the Legislature only meets for 90 days then goes home...I will chip in from time to time until then. :)

Said CharlesO back in 2012,

Quote:
I have been busy with my new TOY. A KIA SOUL hamster mobile. It has all the bells and whisles including BLACKBERRY and SIRIUS satellite radio. I traded in my basic 2000 FORD FOCUS and I am having a ball. I go out to the car to make phone calls and listen to the radio!

My wife got one of those, a 2012 + model, and even three years and 45,000 miles, she couldn't be happier with it. After I fed it one suspension mod and replaced those terrible Hancook tires, it turned into a really lively handler. And nothing on it has ever broken! If something does break, Kia engineered it so most of the breaking-type parts are on top of the engine, so you take the part off the car and not the car off the part. There's also that 10-year, 100,000-mile warranty that's not to be sneezed at.
